[Openid-specs-authzen] Proposed agenda for Oct 23 (hint: voting on draft04 today!)

Hi all,

We've reached a big milestone today as we are at the end of the 14 day
working group review period for draft04 and we will vote on whether to
approve it for Final Specification.

Secondly, we will look at Gartner interop status for any changes to the
demo app and new integrations since last week.
