Hi all,

On a call today, the chairs have decided to retain cursor-based pagination
only in the core spec. We leave open the option to create a later profile
that may offer alternative pagination methods such as offset-based. The
consensus is that clients will be easier to write and maintain and
interoperate with PDPs if we have a single consistent way of handling
pagination.

@Michiel - can you update the PR to remove offset-based methods, but retain
that info in the event that we introduce a profile with it at a future date?

In addition to that topic, here are other items to discuss on our next call:


   - Final disposition of pagination topic
   - Review of closed issues and pull requests since last meeting
   - Discuss Michiel's comments from AuthZEN slack channel
   - Interop prep: final list of user data, access policies, and connection
   info for IDPs
   - Interop roll call for participants
   - Review process and timeline for 1.0 Final Specification
