[Openid-specs-authzen] Breakout room at EIC

Dear all,

Kuppinger Cole has kindly given us a room for all of Friday morning to sit
and work on AuthZEN. It's the same room as last year, C04, on the upper
floor to the left of the main stage. Walk past the Cerbos candy bar (raid
their candy), and you'll find a door that'll take you to C04.

Hope to see you there. There's at least Dave Hyland, Alex B, Alex O, Allan,
Adam Rusbridge and myself. Apologies if I've forgotten anyone.

Vladi, does anyone from PlainID want to join?
