[Openid-specs-authzen] Google representation in Authzen

Hi Juan,

We'd be happy to have a chat with you and understand Google's role with
AuthZEN. One very low hanging fruit is getting Apigee to support AuthZEN.
Another would be to get Firebase Authentication to support AuthZEN calls.
If you cannot make the regular calls on Tuesdays, let me know what
works for you and we can have an intro call.
