[Openid-specs-authzen] Metadata endpoint is now implemented

Hi all,

Happy to report that, thanks to Alex B's babysitting skills in the AC
Lounge on our way to Vegas, I know have implemented the metadata endpoint
on Axiomatics' https://pdp.alfa.guide/.well-known/authzen-configuration
