[Openid-specs-authzen] no call this week

I wanted to clarify on the time for Thursdays. In the call we had a slide that showed that, in July, 5AM AEST corresponded to: 9pm CEST, 1pm EDT and 10am PDT. However, timeanddate.com is giving me:

Hi all

There will not be a working group call this week, due to the unavailability of co-chairs.

Also, the calls will be moved to Thursdays (for Americas and Europe) starting August 7th - as discussed on the last couple meetings.
