Thanks in advance for offering to drive as webinar style interop!

If you have not already made the ask for a webinar in your pages submitted to Elizabeth for planning I suggest you make that ask yourself.

As of now I do not think it will have direct costs from the budget, but it would need to be scheduled for staff support, and of course WG volunteers and teams ready to step up to engage and participate.

Perhaps the WG may want to consider building on the Gartner success and hosting a remote webinar? You can demo the work, and presenting your key messages to CISOs. We can post the webinar online, and have an asset you can all point to in your own channels/ organisations. Perhaps a task the WG may want to consider in your proposed plans shared with Elizabeth Garber/ OIDF staff in your 2026 planning. It could also be an event that we co-host with another non-profit if that would expand the reach to your target audience.

  *   Gartner recap
     *   Main stage session was similar in content to the last 2 Gartner events plus a bit of a victory lap that we are now in the 60 day review period
     *   About 75-100 people attended
     *   Small glitch with the demo - need to mention timeout constraints on the IDP side in the upcoming profile document
     *   Starting to see some awareness of where AuthZEN fits into zero trust architectures
     *   Twenty (20) implementations!!
     *   Room layout for the demo sessions could have been sorted better for crowd control
     *   We could have done a better job briefing the analysts ahead of time to make sure they have AuthZEN content in their presentations
     *   Atul - there may be a better way to structure the demo sessions, such as having vendors do a 5-10 minute demo of their implementation
     *   Going forward, we should try to uplevel our messaging to go beyond the technical aspects and include the characteristics that are important to the CISO/CIO audience

  *   OpenID Foundation vote for community members - sign in to your OIDF account and nominate or second the nomination of someone (you can also nominate yourself)
  *   AuthZEN co-chair changes: Omri and Gerry will be resigning from their co-chair positions after the 1.0 spec is finalized. It's been an honor for us to work with this group and now there is the opportunity for others to step forward and continue the important work ahead of us. We have spoken to a few people who are interested in becoming a co-chair to help David B - if there are others who are interested, please reach out to us! We will have a working group vote on prospective co-chairs on Jan 8th.
