Identiverse 2025 interop overview

   - Gerry reviewed the draft plans in the doc linked above and made
   updates to it.
   - One aspect we need to review are the rules to be evaluated so that we
   can ensure the broadest participation possible for PDP vendors.

Question on open issues on Draft03

   - Jeff L asked when we will address open issues that are posted to
   Github and whether they will be addressed before the interop
   - Omri explained that we are planning to address these issues in Draft04
   and that the interop should proceed with Draft03 because that is a
   published working group draft.

Partial evaluation

   - Discussion of use of "type"
   - Drop "action" from partial evaluation
   - Omri points out that Chris from Styra had previously suggested that we
   leverage https://github.com/stalniy/ucast
   - Sub group will have an IETF ready version to review on April 22
      - We will decide if partial eval will make it into the Draft04 spec
