[Openid-specs-authzen] Agenda for Sept 3: Schema-friendly payload proposal

Hi folks!

If you're in the US, welcome back from your Labor Day weekend.

During tomorrow's call we'll follow up on the topic that was brought up in
our last meeting on August 20 - namely the feedback that our current
payload structure isn't friendly for typed programming models such as
json-schema and gRPC.

Here's a brief proposal for what a re-worked payload structure could look
like:

We will also discuss the feedback on adding back ordering to the
evaluations (boxcarred) API by changing the evaluations map/object back to
an array, as it was in the original spec.
