[Openid-specs-authzen] Today's meeting

Hello there!
Looks like I will miss today's call, being swamped at work this week...

that said, about the Design Patterns + API + Scoping discussion, I would
propose the following ideas:

- discuss the AS <--> PDP possible interface in addition to the PEP <-->
PDP one we've been working on so far (is the AS really like a PEP in that
case?).
- in particular, should the PDP also be able to return things like `scopes`
?
- Should the PDP reuse / extend any of the RAR spec?
- What else could AuthZen do to facilitate this integration?

FInally, 3Edges will participate in the interop but the whole thing will
likely be ready in May on our end...
