[Openid-specs-authzen] Compendium of glossaries

Huh, I specifically looked for an IDPro glossary resource and somehow missed it! If I have time, I’ll try to at least capture where there are term overlaps among the sources before the next call. If we feel it’s best to point to an external canonical source and this is the most complete/closest (or we can influence it as required), then great.
