While working on proposed Certification tests, I proposed a test verifying that “Can fetch Subordinate Statement for the Entity from each Superior in the authority\_hints“. But I couldn’t a place we explicitly said in the spec that Immediate Superiors must
publish Subordinate Statements about their Immediate Subordinates. I propose that we do so.<br>
