<p>Because I envisage SIOP as a separate standalone app that the RP
talks to (in one standard way only) with the phone holding
multiple wallets from multiple providers and the SIOP asks the
user which wallet to use for this request. Of course if the user
only has one wallet then the "ask the user" step would
automatically be bypassed. In this model the RP is oblivious of
the wallets the user has (in the same way that the browser the
user uses is of no interest to the RP in standard OIDC)<br>

VCs are required and the user knows which VCs are in which
