initial discussion designing what is now OpenID Connect for
Verifiable Presentations (OIDC4VP) draft, we left two options
how to embed Verifiable Presentation in the response:</span></div>

<li>return as a newly defined "VP Token" which is provided
alongside an ID Token</li>

<div>With several implementations of OIDC4VP draft emerging,
implementors seem to be preferring the second VP Token option
considering it to be simpler and clearer.</div>

<div>Please let us know if you are implementing or considering
implementing OIDC4VP using the option to embed a VP inside an
ID Token. From the interoperability perspective, I think it
would be preferrable if we can make a choice and converge
around one option. (Some discussion happened at 2021-11-22
