<div><br></div><div><ul><li>Consolidate current core and framework and call it "Messages". </li><li>"Connect Lite" spec includes only basic HTTP binding without "request" nor "request_url", but UserInfo and Introspection Endpoint. It references "Messages" for normative text, but no other reference other than OAuth2. It should be written in such a way that a developer can implement it just by reading it (including non-normative examples). </li>
<li>"Connect Standard" spec includes "request", "request_url", and claims in addition to "Lite". </li><li>Discovery, Registration, Session Management, and Dynamic Client Registration remains a stand alone documents. </li>
