[Openid-specs-ab] Duplicate Definitions of Attributes

Yes it is intentional.   We wanted someone to be able to pick up the basic profile and build a client without being forced to read core.  
That necessitated some duplication.   We understand that duplication is not ideal, but made the compromise for readability in Basic.
