[Openid-specs-ab] Reserved member definitions

Actually, that almost exactly was what it was in earlier drafts when
it was called AB.

We could define a default namespace for the UserInfo schema. I suppose
it would be like:

http://openid.net/specs/connect/1.0/userinfo/
