[Openid-specs-ab] AppAuth libraries

I was wondering whether anyone in the WG knows what the status of the
AppAuth libraries is.
My understanding is that they were "contributed" to the WG by Google, but
I'm not sure exactly what that means. I couldn't find any information on
the OIDF website besides the CLA which is not very helpful in this regard.
In practice it seems like the libraries are solely maintained by Google
employees, but the updates are very infrequent. It seems to me that Google
may have lost interest a bit.

Does the OIDF have any definition of what it means for software to be
contributed to a WG?
Is there for instance any defined process for the WG to e.g. approve a PR
to a contributed repository?

The reason I ask is that I've noticed some bugs in the libraries and would
like to fix them.
