[Openid-specs-ab] Working Group Last Call for OpenID Federation1.0

As decided at today's OpenID Connect working group meeting, a two-week Working Group Last Call for the OpenID Federation 1.0 specification to be considered for advancement to Final status begins today and ends on Thursday, December 4, 2025.  The version being reviewed has been published at:

  *   https://openid.net/specs/openid-federation-1_0-45.html and
  *   https://openid.net/specs/openid-federation-1_0.html

Particularly if you have an implementation or deployment, you are requested to review the entire specification, if possible.  Also if possible, please update your implementation to match the specification or compare it so as to inform the details of your review.

If you find issues that you believe should be addressed before the specification becomes final, please reply-all to this thread and/or file issues at https://github.com/openid/federation/issues.  Ideally, your issue descriptions will contain specific proposed changes to the specification that would address those issues.

Replies along the lines of "The specification is ready as is" are also welcomed.
