[Openid-specs-ab] Proposed agenda for 23-Jun-25 Connect WG call

I'm in traffic and not going to make the call.

wrt. OpenID Connect Enterprise Extensions
- I need to make a PR to OpenID Provider Commands to refer to the `tenant`
claim in Enterprise Extensions for the tenant definition.
- I think Aaron was going to make a PR in IPSIE to refer to Enterprise
Extensions
