[Openid-specs-ab] Proposed agenda for 23-Jun-25 Connect WG call

Update regarding Native SSO for Mobile Apps
* As Mike calls out in the agenda, feedback on the email I posted and or appetite to do the work would be greatly appreciated.
* I see two options:
   1. Move forward with the update to the spec to remove dependence on id_tokens and enhance in other ways
   2. Take the last draft to implementors status and then to final

Regrets as I will not make the call today (well tonight EDT:)
