[Openid-specs-ab] Working Last Call for Proposed Implementer's Draft of Native SSO for Mobile Apps

I support moving the latest work group draft to implementer’s draft status to lock in the IPR protection for those companies that have already implemented the spec. This does not preclude making additional changes if there is working group interest.
