[Openid-specs-ab] Working Last Call for Proposed Implementer's Draft of Native SSO for Mobile Apps

Dear OpenID Connect working group,

This note starts a two-week working group last call for progressing https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-native-sso-1_0-07.html to Implementer's Draft status.  Making this an Implementer's Draft will lock in the IPR commitments for the specification.  Please reply-all saying whether you are in favor of the draft progressing to Implementer's Draft status as-is or whether you believe that changes need to be made first, and if so, what those changes are.
