[Openid-specs-ab] Planning for an OpenID Federation interop event

Hi Mike,

I am interested. Surfnet, Surf or GARR are all good for me, EIC and
Nordunet seems quite close to me in comparison tò the other hosts,
therefore I would prefer these two.
