I needed to post the content for it to be in IPR contribution. Oversight on
my part not also posting the link. What I sent to the list was nicely
formatted as well -- but the mail server cleaned that up for me!

Servers just keep the connection around for a little while so it can be
reused if there is another connection soon. Somewhat configurable across
servers. Done for all HTTP/1.1 calls.
