[Openid-specs-ab] OpenID Federation Extended Subordinate Listing -02 published

An updated OpenID Federation Extended Subordinate Listing specification has been published at https://openid.net/specs/openid-federation-extended-listing-1_0-02.html and https://openid.net/specs/openid-federation-extended-listing-1_0.html.  Per the History entry<https://openid.net/specs/openid-federation-extended-listing-1_0-02.html#name-document-history>, the changes were:


  *   Editorial pass on various typos and formatting issues.
  *   Corrected example incorrectly still using the entity_statement query parameter renamed in 01.
  *   Removed references to the revoked parameter.
  *   Updates to pass the OIDF specification content validation checks.
