[Openid-specs-ab] Claims Aggregation and SIOPv2

Although Mike mentioned in the OIDF Workshop today that Clamis Aggregation
is not progressing, the PR has been standing there for 5 days as of today.

Regarding SIOPv2, there are 19 occurrences of SIOPv2 in the OpenID4VP
draft.
This is something to be considered as well.
Because of the above fact, I was assuming that editors are going to pick it
up once they have VCI and VP out of the door.
