[Openid-specs-ab] 2nd Call for Adoption of the OpenID Federation Wallet Architectures Draft

I'm writing to restate my support for adoption of the Wallet Federation 
Profile.

I want to thank Nat for the guidance and the authors for their work to 
refine the spec in draft 02.
