[Openid-specs-ab] New OpenID Federation Wallet Architectures Draft Contribution

Hi,

The authors of the OpenID Federation Wallet Architectures specification
hereby contribute a new version of the specification to the OpenID Connect
working group.

It incorporates the changes requested during the September 5th working
group call, specifically:

- removing Appendix A;
- adding a prominent warning that the draft is not final;
- examples in the draft that were previously marked TBD have also been
added.

The new contribution is attached as main.html.  The draft is being worked
on at https://github.com/peppelinux/federation-wallet and a rendered
version (currently identical to the contribution) can be viewed at
https://peppelinux.github.io/federation-wallet/main.html.
