[Openid-specs-ab] Call for adoption: New OpenID Federation Wallet Architectures Draft Contribution

I am content to support the adoption.
It is clear from the collective discussion that the motivation and intent
are sound.
The constraints although inconvenient seem manageble.
We need federation building blocks for all sorts of applications, and every
iteration helps to refine our models and specifications.
