As an author (unsurprisingly ??), I support adoption.

Subject: [Openid-specs-ab] Call for adoption: New OpenID Federation Wallet Architectures Draft Contribution
Thanks, Giuseppe.
And with this, I would like to start the third call for adoption of the draft. I will give a week for it.
As a reminder, adoption does not mean a document is finished, only that it is an acceptable starting point.
Best regards,
Nat Sakimura

Hi
Me and the authors of the OpenID Federation Wallet Architectures specification hereby contribute a new version of the specification to the OpenID Connect working group, the Draft 03.
It incorporates the changes requested during the 2nd Call for Adoption of the OpenID Federation Wallet Architectures Draft, happened the 13 September 2024, for which a summary of the relevant changes is briefly summarized below:
- Added section about Credential Issuers establishing trust with Wallet Solution
- Added sequence diagrams using ascii-arts
- Renamed Third-Party Trust Model to Trusted Third-Party Model
- Added legends to the figures
- Added section about Wallet Checking the Non-Revocation of its Wallet Provider
- Added implementation Considerations for Offline Flows
- Improved clarification about using metadata in Subordiante Statements
Over the past two months, we've gathered various support messages, modification requests, and questions regarding the potential impacts of this specification on wallet ecosystems based on OpenID standards. In response, the draft I'm presenting today has been refined to exclude any metadata parameter extensions that might affect other OpenID specifications, such as OpenID4VP and OpenID4VCI. Notably, draft 03 introduces no new parameters and makes no changes to existing ones. This approach reflects both the feedback from our community and a design principle that will guide future versions of the specification.
The new contribution is attached as "OpenID Federation Wallet Architectures 1.0 - draft 03.html". The draft is being worked on at https://github.com/peppelinux/federation-wallet and a rendered version (currently identical to the contribution) can be viewed at https://peppelinux.github.io/federation-wallet/main.html.
Grazie,
Giuseppe

Hi,
The authors of the OpenID Federation Wallet Architectures specification hereby contribute a new version of the specification to the OpenID Connect working group.
It incorporates the changes requested during the September 5th working group call, specifically:
- removing Appendix A;
- adding a prominent warning that the draft is not final;
- examples in the draft that were previously marked TBD have also been added.
The new contribution is attached as main.html. The draft is being worked on at https://github.com/peppelinux/federation-wallet and a rendered version (currently identical to the contribution) can be viewed at https://peppelinux.github.io/federation-wallet/main.html.
Grazie infinite cari amici,
