[Openid-specs-ab] Call for adoption: New OpenID Federation Wallet Architectures Draft Contribution

Thanks, Giuseppe.
And with this, I would like to start the third call for adoption of the
draft. I will give a week for it.
As a reminder, adoption does not mean a document is finished, only that it
is an acceptable starting point.
