Issues addressed:

1. OpenID Connect Relying Party Metadata Choices 1.0 spec

* RP metadata is single value today - this would enable multiple values
* Not clear that any server but the OP would be able to deal with multiple values
* RP probably could not respond
* Mike will check IANA to see if there are any relavant values today
* Need to assure that we don't get weird combinations by the IANA approach

* Primarily to get certification profile without having to implement several features of OIDC
* Everyone appears to be sympathetic to the request
* Resolve at next certification call in 2 weeks (comment in issue)
