[Openid-specs-ab] PRs/issues update for VCI FW: [agenda] DCP WG + SIOP call (PST 7am)

Hi All,

First, regarding the minutes. I think they have been saved to a zoom account of someone else in OIDF, so please give me a little more time to get hold of them. Apologies for the delay.

Now to VCI.
During the latest (Jan-18-2024) WG call, we discussed re-adding an option to use format/type in authorization details. I tried to capture that discussion and agreed direction in a new issue https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VCI/issues/217. And Torsten has filed a corresponding PR https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VCI/pull/219 is also in.

Based on the review, there are also two more issues that might result in breaking changes later on and probably should be addressed before ID-1: https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VCI/issues/214 and https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VCI/issues/221 (corresponding PR 220 is in for this one). Please review and respond if you believe this should be addressed before ID-1.

There is also one more editorial PR: https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VCI/pull/218.

It's great that the WG last call is generating substantial reviews. Would appreciate if we could make progress in issue/PR comments and ML before the next call, so that we can move to Foundation-wide review with minimum delays while incorporating the latest feedback.

As announced yesterday, we would like to start a Foundation-wide review of OpenID4VCI that leads to the Implementer's draft vote.

Please respond by Jan 22nd EOD in PST, whether you believe the current draft is ready or not.
