[Openid-specs-ab] Working Group Last Call for Proposed Implementer's Draft of OpenID4VCI

Dear OpenID Connect Working Group,

I'm writing to you as a chair to start the Working Group Last Call for the proposed Implementer's Draft of OpenID for Verifiable Credential Issuance.  As many of you know, the plan is to transfer the specification from the OpenID Connect working group to the Digital Credentials Protocols working group after approval of the Implementer's Draft.

The timeline of this WGLC is the same as described to the DCP working group by Kristina below.  Please identify any issues that you believe must be addressed before the 45-day OpenID Foundation-wide review.

Dear Working Group,

We would like to get WG consensus that the current OID4VCI draft is ready to start the Implementer's draft approval process.
Please respond to this email within the next week, by Jan 22nd EOD in PST, whether you believe the current draft is ready or not.

The current OID4VCI draft document to be reviewed can be found here: https://openid.github.io/OpenID4VCI/openid-4-verifiable-credential-issuance-wg-draft.html.
There are no normative changes to the draft planned.

The details of the Implementer's draft approval process can be found here: https://openid.net/wg/resources/approving-specifications/.
This email is about the first bullet point on this list, which is sometimes called Working Group Last Call.
The next steps are to start a 45-day Foundation-wide review, followed by the 7 day voting period (the poll itself will open 7 days before the end of the Foundation-wide review ends).
