[Openid-specs-ab] Spec Call Notes 8-Jan-24

The origin of FedCM was a result of a liaison effort created by the blink
project on Web ID that was to be run by Tim Capelli and myself. When
Vitorio and Tim directed that to federation login I dropped out as my
interest was SIOP using section 7. As we now know that problem was never
solved in spite of all the specs spinning out based on VCs.
