[Openid-specs-ab] New PR for the Native SSO for Mobile Apps spec

I’ve submitted a PR to address open issues #2172, #2170, #2169, #2168 as
well as make some general editorial updates and also fix the experimental
URN strings to use one within the OpenID Foundation domain.
