[Openid-specs-ab] New working group call schedule

Per the decision made on recently occurring calls, today's previously scheduled working group is cancelled and an EU-friendly call on Thursday has been added.  You can view the call schedule and call-in information at https://openid.net/calendar/.

The EU-friendly call on Thursdays is now every week and the Pacific-friendly call on Monday/Tuesday is now every other week.  We will hold the call this coming Thursday the 19th.  After that, due to the holidays, the next call will be on Thursday, January 2nd.
