   - All respondents supported adoption and there were no objections.
   - It is considered adopted in the call

   - There has been a productive discussion regarding the adoption of this
   specification.
   - No adoption decision is being made today.  The contribution will be
   discussed in the Atlantic-friendly call on 22nd Aug to discuss further.
