[Openid-specs-ab] Oppose Adoption [was part of Spec Call Notes 12-Aug-24]

There have been legitimate questions/objections to the adoption of OpenID
Federation Wallet Architectures 1.0 in this WG that are wholly unaddressed
by the prospect of just proceeding with adoption and maybe moving or
removing some things later.
