OpenID Federation -37 has been published at https://openid.net/specs/openid-federation-1_0.html and https://openid.net/specs/openid-federation-1_0-37.html.  Note that this is the first draft after Implementer's Draft 4<https://openid.net/specs/openid-federation-1_0-ID4.html> and the first draft resulting from our move to GitHub at https://github.com/openid/federation.

Some of the changes apply clarifications requested by IANA designated experts in response to IANA registration requests.
