EU Potential Large Scale Pilot kickoff meeting was yesterday, they have published a spec for track 1 (mdl issuance) and are inviting feedback from participants. If you are signed up for the interop event you can view it here: https://gitlab.opencode.de/potential/interop-event/-/blob/master/track1/LSP_POTENTIAL_Interop-Event_Description_Track1_v2.pdf?ref_type=heads (if you can’t access that link sign up for an account on that gitlab and then contact the organisers)


OSW is next week. Some unconference sessions planned on OID4VC related topics: client_id_scheme issue, wallet attestation (IETF draft), maybe verifier metadata, usage of scopes in OID4VP, etc. This does not change that the final decision will be made in the WG.
OID4VCI went to the First Implementer's draft!! Congratulations!


Announcements

Conformance team hiring https://openid.net/certification-program-recruiting-java-developer/

Call for adoption of OID4VCI - now that it is an implementers draft, a call for adoption is needed to to officially move it to DCP WG from Connect WG - Kristina will send it to the mailing list, once she has please reply to support the adoption.

Call schedule

9th & 11th April DCP calls cancelled due to TDI/OAuth Security Workshop
16th & 18 th DCP calls also cancelled cecause there is a 3h hybrid block on Friday 19th after IIW.

VCI Terminology

We want to go ahead with the terminology in the PR: https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VCI/pulls

Daniel has the updated the PR to fix the conflicts - please review & approve if it looks good. There will be followup PRs to update the rest of the spec to consistently use the terminology. https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VCI/pull/155


VP SD-JWT VC profile

Agreed to add Oliver’s suggestion about issuer signed.

Some discussions about whether the examples should have examples of the KB JWT. Kristina suggested doing Paul does a follow up PR & Paul agreed.

VP issue triage

Kristina has triaged VP issues and closed some duplicated issues etc; let one of the chairs now if you think one has been closed that shouldn’t be. A few old issues have been marked as pending close, please comment on these if you think they still need to be worked on:
