[Openid-specs-ab] Proposed agenda for Thursday's OpenID Connect working group call

I propose the following agenda for the call scheduled at 7am Pacific Time on Thursday.

Events
              Debrief from the OAuth Security Workshop
              Planning for the Internet Identity Workshop

Update on OpenID4VC work
              Reminder that work on OpenID4VP, OpenID4VCI, and SIOPv2 continues in this working group until we reach Implementer's Drafts
              We will share the SIOP Special Call timeslot with DCP for the time being

GitHub Migration
              We have migrated the OpenID4VC specs to github.com/openid/ and closed related issues and PRs in Bitbucket
              Issues were migrated
              PRs were not migrated and have to be recreated, if desired
              Other specs could be migrated in the future when we're ready, such as Federation

Federation
              We should discuss which PRs we want to include in a proposed Implementer's Draft and ideally merge them.  See
