[Openid-specs-ab] DCP Repo Migration

Hi All,

Just an update on the migration of various specs from the Connect BitBucket
to the new GitHub repos. There is a GitHub Repository for each document
under development. The following repos have been set up and made public:


OpenID4VCI – OpenID for Verifiable Credentials

OpenID4VP – OpenID for Verifiable Presentations

SIOPv2 – Self-issued OpenID Provider v2

DCP-HAIP – Digital Credential Protocols High Assurance Interoperability
Profile

UserInfo-VC - UserInfo Verifiable Credentials

DCP-SecTrust - Digital Credential Protocols Security and Trust

VPoverBLE - Verifiable Presentations over BLE


For the VCI, VP and SIOP repos the Connect repo has been filtered and
pushed to the respective GitHub repo with only content and commit history
pushed into each new Repo. Also all (new and open) issues and comments have
also been filtered and migrated into the appropriate repo.

The existing Connect BitBucket should no longer be used for managing
anything to do with any of the documents above.

Open issues on Connect Bitbucket will be closed with links to the new GH
repos and PRs will be raised to replace content on BitBucket with a
README.md containing a link to the correct GitHub Repository.
