The spec currently uses these names:

* `trust_mark_owners`
* `trust_marks_owners`
* `trust_marks_issuers`
* `trust_mark_id`

I believe that `trust_mark_owners` and `trust_marks_owners` refer to the same thing and therefore one of them needs to be changed to match the other.  I would suggest choosing `trust_mark_owners`, since it is the more natural name in English.

`trust_marks_issuers` is likewise an unnatural name.  When we’re fixing the first inconsistency we should also correct this to be `trust_mark_issuers`.
