EU Wallet Conversation
              John reported on in-person conversations with Leif Johansson, Giuseppe De Marco, and Roland Hedberg
              He described how it's easier to cite ETSI and ISO specs in EU legislation
                           That's part of why we're submitting the OpenID Connect specs to ISO
              They are working in the context of DC4EU pilot, which is the academic and social security large-scale pilot

              Some are facing deployment issues integrating with existing systems
              The trilateral legislation is heavily against issuer correlation
                           Meaning that they see zero-knowledge proofs as being necessary, long-term
                           Orange is wanting to have BBS in SIMs
                           We may need to think about BBS integration with HSMs
                           They are interested in BBS and JWP
              The pilots will give us deployment experience with the newer three-party wallet model
                           And how it will integrate with existing infrastructure
