[Openid-specs-ab] FYI: ISO site now is OpenID enabled

Hi

I just noticed that the ISO site (ISOlutions) that is being used to
distribute documents to experts has converted from SAML to OpenID Connect.
It uses code flow (authorization code grant) and scope=openid. It also has
a custom parameter called `requestedUrl`, which I believe should be
included in the `state` parameter instead for interoperability.
