PR 533 Refresh Credentials
- Matti suggested using ID Tokens instead. Call agreed that using the existing refresh token mechanism seems to be the best option.

PR 535 additional security considerations on key proof and nonce
- Joseph pointed out that an explanation of what could happen (get credential, bound to another key)

caused discussion (again) whether the option to return c_nonce with token response should be dropped to simplify the spec.
