I am in favor of adopting the draft.

I would suggest changing the draft path to openid-connect-extra-display-types-1_0 (making "types" plural) at the time of adoption.

We discussed Kosuke's proposal during today's working group call.  Those on the call were in favor of issuing a call for adoption.

feature phones, the difference from wap is that the browser and the operating system of the device is "modern" (such as Chrome and
Android) and the device is capable of showing richer html contents.
