[https://openid.net/specs/openid-4-verifiable-credential-issuance-1\_0-10.html#section-3.5-8](https://openid.net/specs/openid-4-verifiable-credential-issuance-1_0-10.html#section-3.5-8) has “pre-authorized_code obtained in step \(1\) is sent in the Token Request. This step is defined in \(#token_endpoint\).”, which clearly isn’t right and I suspect it due to the underscores being interpreted by the tool-chain differently than was intended.
